“Women in time to come will do much.” – Mary Ward
Our Chaplaincy
The Chaplaincy sits at the heart of spiritual life at St Mary’s. It provides relevant spiritual and pastoral support to all students, parents, and staff, embracing our Catholic identity and drawing inspiration from our Foundress, Mary Ward. The Chaplaincy welcomes and serves the whole school community, including those who are:
- Practising Catholics
- Experiencing Church for the first time at St Mary’s
- From other Christian denominations
- From other faith backgrounds or none
Our Mission
- Offer pastoral support to students, staff, and the wider school community
- Provide opportunities for prayer, worship, and sacraments, including Mass and Reconciliation
- Encourage the whole school’s involvement in community service and charitable fundraising
